Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how PHIMINDFLOW ("we", "us") handles information collected through phimindflow.com and through our Instagram automation, which sends automated replies from our Instagram account @fitflybusiness.
1. Our Instagram Automation
We operate software that responds automatically to messages and comments sent to our own Instagram account. It is used only for our own account. We do not offer it to third parties, and we do not access anyone else's Instagram account.
When you send us a direct message or comment on our posts, Meta forwards to our server:
- Your Instagram-scoped user ID (an identifier specific to our app — not your password or email)
- The text of the message or comment you sent us
- The identifier of the comment or conversation, so we can reply in the right place
2. What We Do With It
We read the text to detect a keyword, then send you an automated reply containing the resource you asked for. That is the entire purpose.
We do not store your messages in a database.Message content passes through our server in memory to generate a reply and is not written to any persistent store we control. Transient records may appear in our hosting provider's operational logs, which expire automatically on their retention schedule.
Your conversation itself continues to live in Instagram, under Meta's own privacy policy and your own account settings. Deleting a message on Instagram removes it there.
3. What We Never Do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not share it with third parties for advertising.
- We do not build advertising profiles from your direct messages.
- We do not send unsolicited messages — we only reply to people who contact us first.
- We do not access your Instagram account, your followers, or your private data.
4. Automated Replies
Replies from our Instagram account may be sent automatically by software rather than typed by a person. We only ever reply to people who message or comment first — we never initiate contact.
To stop receiving them, block @fitflybusiness or remove our app under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. Either takes effect immediately and requires nothing from us.
5. Subprocessors
- Meta Platforms— operates Instagram and delivers messages to and from us, under Meta's own privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosts our website and the serverless function that generates replies.
6. Your Rights and Data Deletion
Because we do not retain your message content, there is typically nothing stored for us to delete. If you want confirmation, a copy of anything associated with you, or removal of any residual record, see our data deletion instructions or email us at franckydelissaint@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
You may also revoke our app's access at any time from Instagram: Settings → Website Permissions → Apps and Websites.
7. Other Services on This Site
Our credit-restoration tools collect different information and are governed by a separate, more detailed policy: the credit service privacy policy.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Instagram requires users to be at least 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
