Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to remove any data associated with our Instagram automation, which sends automated replies from our Instagram account @fitflybusiness.
What We Hold
In almost every case, nothing. Our automation reads the text of a message or comment you send us, generates a reply, and does not write your message to any database we control. There is no account, no profile, and no stored message history on our side.
Your conversation still exists inside Instagram itself. That copy belongs to Meta and to your own account — deleting a message in Instagram removes it there.
Revoke Our Access
You can cut off our app's access to your interactions at any time:
- Open Instagram and go to your profile
- Tap Settings and privacy
- Tap Website permissions → Apps and websites
- Select phimindflow-content and tap Remove
You can also block @fitflybusiness, which stops all messages from us immediately.
Request Deletion in Writing
If you want written confirmation, or removal of any residual record such as an operational log entry, email franckydelissaint@gmail.com with the subject Data Deletion Request and the Instagram handle you messaged us from.
We confirm within 30 days. If there is nothing stored, we will tell you that plainly rather than pretending a deletion occurred.
