Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the PHIMINDFLOW credit tools at phimindflow.com/credit (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
PHIMINDFLOW is operated by Francky Delissaint as a sole proprietor. Contact: franckydelissaint@gmail.com.
2. What the Service Does — and What It Does Not Do
The Service gives you a private dashboard to track your own credit: log scores, list negative items, draft dispute letters, and store related documents. The free tier provides software tools only.
We are not a law firm, a bank, a credit reporting agency, or a financial advisor. The Service does not constitute legal, financial, or credit-counseling advice. Outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.
3. Your Account
- You must be 18 or older.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you put into your dashboard, including dispute letters you generate or send.
- One account per person. Don't impersonate anyone or use someone else's identifying information.
4. Free Tier
The dashboard, dispute-letter editor, file storage (subject to reasonable use), and tracking tools are free of charge. We may impose reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse.
5. Paid Tiers
The Service offers paid tiers for additional services (currently: AI credit-report analysis, ongoing done-for-you dispute management, and complete credit fix). These are credit-repair services governed by federal and state law — see our CROA Disclosure for required notices and your right to cancel.
6. Mailed Dispute Letters (LetterStream)
If you opt to send a dispute letter through our mailing partner LetterStream, you authorize us to transmit the letter PDF and your return address to LetterStream for printing and USPS mailing on your behalf. You are responsible for the contents of any letter you send.
7. Acceptable Use
- Don't upload or send fraudulent documents, forged identity, or content meant to defraud.
- Don't use the Service to mail threats, harassment, or unlawful content.
- Don't reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to break security boundaries.
Violation will result in account suspension and we may report illegal activity to authorities.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC CREDIT-SCORE OUTCOME. RESULTS DEPEND ON YOUR INDIVIDUAL CREDIT FILE, THE BUREAUS, AND YOUR FOLLOW-THROUGH.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
10. Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email and posted here with a new "last updated" date.
