       What is the 4-hour chart doing? Up, down, or sideways?
       If my trade fights it -> no trade.

[ ] 2. THE LEVEL
       Is price at a level that matters (a quarter point, a
       prior high/low)? The middle of a range is not a setup.

[ ] 3. WHAT I LOSE IF I'M WRONG
       Say it out loud, in money, before clicking.
       Can't say it? -> no trade.

That's every 25 pips:

  EURUSD   1.1600 . 1.1625 . 1.1650 . 1.1675 . 1.1700
  USDJPY   157.00 . 157.25 . 157.50 . 157.75 . 158.00
  GBPJPY   208.00 . 208.25 . 208.50 . 208.75 . 209.00

  - Enter AT a quarter point, not between them.
  - Stop = one quarter point against you (25 pips).
  - Targets = the next 1, 2, 3 quarter points.
